The True Spec Series two-section glass door reach-in heated holding cabinet is designed to maintain stable temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, ideal for holding baked or cooked food. Low velocity fans ensure uniform temperature distribution, while a stainless steel heating element and low-E double-pane insulated glass doors provide efficient heat retention. Temperature adjustments are straightforward with the exterior on/off switch and temperature control dial. The self-closing doors feature a convenient 120-degree stay-open feature.

Equipped with four 5" casters, including two with brakes, this model offers easy maneuverability for cleaning. Its stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability, while bright incandescent lighting inside aids in product identification. The entire cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, which has no ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). This heating cabinet includes six adjustable chrome shelves and requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation. Please note that it is not designed to heat ambient or cold products.
